Key Responsibilities
|
Teaching and research (Four courses per semester)
Supervision of research projects
Mentoring of students and academic advising
Setting and Marking assignments, Tests and Examinations
Assisting in smooth running of department
Development and review of curriculum
Providing leadership to the other departmental members
Any other duty assigned to you by the Dean of School or University Authority

Qualifications and skills
|
PhD in industrial Pharmacy or pharmaceutics from recognized University
Proven record of post graduate supervision having guided at least three post graduate students to completion.
A minimum of three years University teaching experience
Must be a Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya with a valid practising license
A minimum of thirty two publication (32) publication points, at least twenty four (24) of which must be from refereed journals
